Drop Boxes and On-Line Payment Options for Utility Bills
As we all do our part to combat the spread of the Coronavirus, we want to remind you that we have 2 drop boxes that provide a quick and easy way to pay your utility bills. Payments are collected at 8:00am Monday-Friday. One is located right in front of the office at 120 N Main, and the other is a drive-up box located next to the post office box in the lot just North of the office. Bills are due the 27th of each month. If the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the bill is due the next business day by 5pm. Payments can also be made by phone by calling our office at (309)266-5361 during our regular business hours. Payment can be made any time through Payment Service Network (PSN) online at https://www.paymentservicenetwork.com/login.aspx?acc=RT18959%20 or by calling 1-877-885-7968.
