Community Forecast Breakfast – April 16, 2025
On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, members of the community gathered for the annual Forecast Breakfast at The Barn at Bull Run hosted by the Morton Chamber of Commerce. Representatives from the Village of Morton (Mayor Jeff Kaufman), the Morton School District (Superintendents Craig Smock & Joseph Sander), the Morton Library (Director Alissa Williams), the Morton Park District ( Executive Director Joel Dickerson), the Morton Police Department (Chief Shawn Darche), and the Morton Chamber of Commerce & EDC (Executive Director Kim Litwiller) gave updates on what was ahead in the coming year for each community organization.
