SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS FOR CY 2013
VILLAGE OF MORTON, ILLINOIS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Morton, Tazewell County, Illinois, shall meet on the first and third Mondays of each month at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood St., Morton, IL, at 7:00 P.M.
Notice is further given that the regular meetings of other Boards and Commissions of the Village of Morton, Tazewell County, Illinois, shall be held as follows:
Business District Development and Redevelopment Commission: Meetings
are held on the second Wednesday of each month at the Morton
Police Station, 375 W. Birchwood St., Morton, IL, at 4:00 P.M.
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners: no regular meetings. Meetings
are held, as needed, at the Morton Police Station, 375 W. Birchwood St.,
Morton, IL.
Board of Local Improvements: no regular meetings. Meetings are held,
as needed, at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood St., Morton, IL.
Board of Trustees of the Morton Volunteer Fire Department Pension Fund:
no regular meetings. Meetings are held, as needed, at the Morton Fire
Station, 300 W. Courtland St., Morton, IL.
Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund: Meetings are held on the
second Tuesday of the months of January, April, July, and October, at the
Morton Police Station, 375 W. Birchwood St., Morton, IL, at 7:00 A.M.
Foreign Fire Insurance Board: no regular meetings. Meetings are held, as
needed, at the Morton Fire Station, 300 W. Courtland St., Morton, IL.
Plan Commission: Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month
(except the month of December, when the meeting is held at a time to be
determined, on the third Monday) at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood
St., Morton, IL, at 7:00 P.M.
Zoning Board of Appeals: Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each
month (except the month of December, when the meeting is held at a time to
be determined, on the third Monday) at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood
St., Morton, IL, at 6:00 P.M.
