The Morton Plan Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, August 24, 2015, at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood, at 7:00 P.M., to consider a special use permit for the following described premises:

Petition No. 15-06SP:  A part of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of W. W. Campbell’s Fifth Addition to the Village of Morton, a Subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, T25N R3W, Tazewell County, Illinois; containing approximately 0.12 acres Ac.+/-; zoned B-2.  Requested special use permit will allow for mixed use.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
PLAN COMMISSION
OF THE VILLAGE OF MORTON, ILLINOIS

On Monday, August 24, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held by the Plan Commission of the Village of Morton at Freedom Hall, 349 West Birchwood, Morton, Illinois, for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony relative to a Petition for Annexation and Application for Pre-Annexation Agreement of a tract of property consisting of 12.537 acres, which is part of Government Lot 2 in the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 25 North, Range 3 West of the 3rd P.M., Tazewell County, which is to be developed as Wolf Crossing Phase IV.

It is proposed that the aforesaid property be zoned R-1, Single Family and Planned Residential District.  A map of the subject property proposed to be annexed to the Village of Morton and the form of the proposed Annexation Agreement are on file with the Village Clerk at 120 North Main Street, Morton, Illinois.

You are further notified that said proposed Annexation Agreement may be changed, altered, modified, amended, or redrafted in its entirety after the public hearing.

All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
