The Morton Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, October 27, 2014, at 6:00 P.M., at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood, to consider the following request for a variance, and to hear any objections to or protests against the granting of same:

Case No. 14-12:  Apostolic Christian Timber Ridge is requesting a variance for a driveway expansion at 2213 E. Veterans Rd., zoned R-S.  Petitioner seeks a variance from Ordinance #81-21, relative to setback requirements.
