The Morton Plan Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2014, at the Freedom Hall, 349 W. Birchwood, at 7:00 P.M., to consider a combination zoning amendment/special use permit for the following described premises:

Petition No. 14-11ZA/SP:  Property commonly known as 409 N. Bauman Ave.; Magnuson, Mathis and Hauter Subdivision, Lot 3, SE¼ of Section 17, T25N, R3W, Tazewell County, Illinois; containing approximately .20 Acres +/-; Requested zoning changes are from B-2 to B-3 with a special use to allow for a parking lot.

Case No. 14-14:  Lighthouse Properties of Illinois, LLC, are requesting a variance for a parking lot at 409 N. Bauman Ave., zoned B-2.  Petitioner seeks a variance from Ordinance #78-31, relative to required side setback.
